I'm Back in The Room

After a year away from seeing clients, I’m back—and in many ways, I return changed. The past year was spent immersed in my thesis and in developing support group programmes for young adults—spaces created not just to talk about wellbeing, but to live it together.

These Spaces Became Places of Connection

The groups grew into places where relationships formed naturally, wellbeing quietly increased, and a sense of community took shape. Much of this happened through shared experiences — cups of tea, heart-to-heart conversations, and sometimes even a deck of cards spread across the table.

Where Growth Is Met Together

This past year reminded me that growth is rarely accidental. It often begins when two people meet with a shared intention — to understand, to reflect, and to move forward, even when the path feels uncertain.

Keeping the Client at The Centre of the Work

I bring this into my clinical practice by treating therapy as a shared journey, while keeping the client firmly at the centre. The work is always guided by your needs, your pace, and your goals, with my role being to walk alongside you with care and attention.
